Terms

The directors reserve the right, at their discretion, to withdraw any camper whose influence or actions are deemed unsatisfactory to the Camp or who will not live within the rules and policies of the Camp. If it occurs, no reduction or return of fee, or any part thereof will be made. My child is permitted to participate in all camp programs, camp trips, and special outings planned and supervised by Fashion Camp NYC. I understand that Fashion Camp NYC is NOT responsible for each camper's transportation to and from the American Conference Center and that Fashion Camp NYC will only assume liability for the wellbeing and safety of campers during the program's operating hours. I give Fashion Camp NYC permission to reproduce and publish any photography, video or likeness of my child for advertising, commercial or any purpose. I have read and agree to the terms outlined above.
